Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing from IOco Gift Designers.
If you purchased an IOco item from a re-seller of IOco ranges, please contact the re-seller to return the item. The re-sellers Return Policy is independent of IOco Pty. Ltd Return Policy.
All items returned must be in brand new, unused condition in original packaging. The item must not show any signs of use or be marked. Some items being returned multiple times may incur shipping and handling charges.
