IOco Gift Designers remains fully operational, although with extra health measures in place. Our office staff are working remotely, on skype, and so nothing on your end will be affected. The Warehouse team has been minimised and are working in separate areas. We are taking every precaution and following all advice from the Australian Government and health officials to keep our customers and team safe – and we will continue to do so. Our team is also committed to communicating any change to our operations to you as they develop.
Our teams are well and in good spirits and have safe practices in place.
Shipping times will remain the same, for the most part, and we are monitoring Australia Post and DIrect Freight's releases in case of any changes.
We ask you to support our incredible stockists by purchasing in-store if possible as many remain open in these uncertain times. If you are self-isolating and are unable to do so, we will ship as promptly as always. Our customer care team is available and ready to help you with orders or any questions you may have.
