How long does it take to receive my order?
ioco. ships your order via Australia Post E-Parcel, and shipment generally takes between 1-3 working days.

Can I reproduce ioco products for sale.
The ioco. brand is trademarked and some product ranges are patented. They cannot be reproduced unless written permission is granted
What happens if my ioco product was damaged in shipping?
All ioco. orders are carefully packed for shipping, however if your product does arrived damaged from shipment, please notify our office as soon as your shipment arrives. We will arrange for the damage product to be sent back to our office and we will organize a replacement to shipped immediately.
My order has not arrived? What can I do?
If your ioco. shipment has not arrive with in 4 working days, please call our office or email us on info@ioco.com.au and we will track your shipment. If the nominated shipping address is unattended upon delivery, Austrlia Post will leave a Delivery card with details to pick up your parcel from your local post office.
Can I return and/or exchange my order?
You can shop with confidence. We accept exchanges and refunds within 7 days.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, simply call our office on 02 9810 2211 between 9am -5pm Monday through to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and there will be someone here to help you with your order.
I want to make a purchase but I don’t not have a credit card?
Upon checkout of our store, you can make payment via PayPal, EFT (bank transfer) and Cheque.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. Credit card payments are processed by ANZ Merchant Services using secure 168 Bit SSL Encryption. All transactions are completed via the ANZ merchant platform and we do not see or have access to your credit card details.
